Does the subscription price apply to individual accounts?
The subscription price is for a school and will not apply to individual accounts. When a school is subscribed, everyone with accounts linked to that school will have access to ClassCart.
How long does the subscription last?
The subscription lasts 12 months. For example, if you subscribe on March 1st 2025, your subscription will be active until March 1st 2026.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. We offer a 10 week period - roughly matching a term - for schools to trial the program. We're quite flexible if there are you find that you were unable to properly trial ClassCart in that initial 10 weeks.
Is it possible to have multiple users for one account?
Yes. Multiple users can be connected to one school account. This allows you to share classes, recipes, ingredients and so on.
How do we make the payment?
When you subscribe you will receive an invoice email with a few payment options. You can pay with a card via a secure link or a direct payment via EFT.

Why are students/teachers that I invited having trouble signing in?
This is most likely because they have not reset their passwords. When you invite a user to ClassCart, they will have an account created for them, but no password will be set, so they will need to reset it on first sign in.
